RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within seven (7) days of the kitchen installation date. All returned items must be in undamaged or working condition. Customer should initiate return with proof of purchase in email care@chillybot.com . Company would either try to resolve the issue or prepare for return. Cost of installation and transportation will be deducted from the refund amount. Taxes as applicable will be deducted as well.

RETURN PROCESS

Customer need to return complete kitchen and accessories without any damage to the items or the packaging. The item will be transported back to this address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Booking fees, Cost of transportation and installation will be deducted from the deposit amount. Refund will be less this amount.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  •   Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  •   Customer will contact Customer Care for Return Request and Email the request with Proof of Purchase to care@chillybot.com . Post this request, company will send it’s representative to resolve the issue or pack the kitchen for return parcel.
